John P. McMurry, MD, FACOG

Dr. McMurry is a native Kentuckian from Paducah, who graduated from University of Louisville and completed his OB/GYN residency in Richmond, Virginia. Dr. McMurry offers complete women’s health care from annual exams and pregnancy services to gynecological surgeries.
 

Scott Howard, M.D.

Dr. Howard is a native of Beaver in Knott County and is a graduate of the University Of Louisville School Of Medicine.
 

Dr. Morgan Birch, D.O

Dr. Birch is a Corbin, KY native, who graduated from University of Pikeville KY College of Osteopathic Medicine. Her focus is on Obstetrics and Family Medicine. She currently sees Prenatal, Pediatrics and Women’s health patients.
 

Crystal Gibson, PA-C

Crystal is a native of Letcher County and a graduate of the University of Kentucky. Her focus is on Obstetrics and Women’s Health.

Charlie Mullins, APRN

Charlie is a native of Hazard, KY and a graduate of Perry County Central High School. Charlie received his nursing degree from HCTC. He went on to receive his BSN from Eastern Kentucky University and MSN from Walden University. Charlies focus is on Family practice. He is dedicated to faith, family and serving the people of Eastern, KY. Charlie has been in the nursing profession for over 20 years.
 

Leslie Deaton, APRN

Leslie was born and raised in Hazard, KY. She is a graduate of M.C. Napier. Leslie earned her Associate degree in nursing from Hazard Community and Technical College and then went on to receive her MSN from Frontier Nursing University. Her focus is on family practice. Leslie enjoys spending time with her family and fishing with them, as long as she catches more than her husband!

Dr. John Jones, M.D.

Dr. John Jones is a Perry county native. He is a graduate of Perry County Central High School, Alice Lloyd College, and graduated from Pikeville College School of Osteopathic Medicine in 2009. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Norton Community Hospital in Virginia and since that time has treated patients here at Primary Care Centers. Dr. Jones serves as the clinics medical director and serves on various committees for ARH as well as the Kentucky Primary Care Association. Dr. Jones works in concert with our Diabetes Center managing severely Diabetic patients and insulin pumps.

Dr. Fowler is a graduate of Breathitt Country High School in Jackson, KY. She is a 2008 graduate from the University of Pikeville KY College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency in Internal Medicine with the Henry Ford Health System in Michigan. She offers compassionate care to adults in all areas including care of hypertension, diabetes and overall wellness.

Tammy Bailey is a native of Leslie County and a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University with a Master of Science in Nursing degree. She is board certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She offers behavioral health to children, adolescents and adults.

Christina is a native of Perry County. She graduated from Hazard Community College and Western Kentucky University Pyschiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Program. Christina is currently seeing new patients in Behavioral Health.

Dr. Molly O’Rourke, M.D.

Dr. O’Rourke is a native of St. Louis, MO and a graduate of St. George’s University in Grenada, WI where she received her medical degree. She completed her Pediatric Residency at Miamonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. Molly comes from a large family, with seven brothers and sisters and nineteen nieces and nephews. Dr. O’Rourke is currently accepting pediatric patients.
 

Dr Aimee Bohn, MD

Dr. Bohn is a Flatwoods, KY native who graduated from the University Of Louisville School Of Medicine. She completed her Pediatric Residency at the Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine, Marshall University Pediatric Department. Aimee enjoys traveling, especially to Walt Disney World and Universal Studios where she has annual passes. She also enjoys spending time with her two dogs, Dante and Griffin. Dr. Bohn currently sees pediatric patients.
 

Brandi Carmical, APRN

Brandi is a native of Linefork in Letcher Co, KY. She received her BSN from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2014 and went on to complete her MSN in 2017. Brandi is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner and her focus is family practice and pediatrics. Brandi has two children who she enjoys spending time with.

Dr. Greg Baker, Dental Director

Dr. Baker is a native of Hazard, KY who graduated from the University of Louisville Dental School in 1989. He completed a Pediatric Dental Mini-Residency under General Anesthesia in an Ambulatory Surgery Center at the University of Florida Dental School in 2002. Also, in 2010, he was awarded a certificate of completion for Parenteral Conscious Sedation in Dentistry from the University of Kentucky. Greg has a passion for helping patients, both children and adults, with special needs receive the dental treatment they deserve.

Dr. Elmer Gabbard

Dr. Gabbard was born and raised in Hazard, KY where he currently resides. He received a Bachelors in Science from Centre College and in 1978 earned his DMD from University of Kentucky College of Dentistry. Elmer is always interested in giving back to his community, he has served on the Hazard Board of Education for 20 years. This is also the reason he chose dentistry as his profession.
