Chloe is a Hazard, KY native who is excited to return home and serve the community she grew up in. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences from Morehead State University and her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Kentucky.

During her clinical training, Chloe spent much of her time in rural healthcare settings, where she developed a passion for Family Medicine and building meaningful relationships with her patients. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to the gym, and running.

Chloe is excited to be back home and looks forward to providing compassionate, holistic, and patient-centered care to her community!
