Dr. Jones serves as the clinics’ medical director and serves on various committees for ARH as well as the Kentucky Primary Care Association. Dr. Jones works with our Diabetes Center managing severely Diabetic patients and insulin pumps.

started her career as an LPN in 2006 and decided to advance her career and graduated from HCTC’s RN program in 2010. She went on to receive her Bachelors of Nursing Degree from Morehead State University and her Master’s Degree of Nursing from Walden University in 2016

James has a total of 23 years experience in the field of nursing. James also was awarded the title of Kentucky Colonel in 2011 for his contributions to health care in rural communities.

Johnnie is a member of AANP and Kentucky Coalition of Nurse Practitioners and Midwives. She joined PCCEK in Hazard in January of 2018 as a part time APRN-NPC providing care as a family nurse practitioner to Perry as well as the surrounding counties during several weekends of the month and some evenings.

Rita is a lifelong Native of Hazard, KY. She has been in the nursing profession for over 10 years. She graduated with an associate’s degree in Nursing in 2008 and went on to obtain a BSN and MSN in family nurse practitioner from Eastern Kentucky University.

Josh is a Perry County Native and graduated from Perry Central High School. He went on to receive his BSN from Jacksonville University and his MSN from the University of Cincinnati.

Sheena obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Eastern Kentucky University and then received her Master’s in Nursing Family Nurse Practitioner’s from Chamberlain College of Nursing.
