Ellie graduated from Alice Lloyd College with a Bachelor’s in Science and went on to receive a DMD from University of Kentucky College of Dentistry.

Elmer is always interested in giving back to his community. He has served on the Hazard Board of Education for 20 years. This is also the reason he chose dentistry as his profession.

Dr. Elmer T. Gabbard

DMD

Associate in Applied Science in Dental Hygiene in 2013 from Big Sandy Community and Technical College. She has been a licensed Dental Hygienist for nearly 6 years. She worked in Prestonsburg, Kentucky and also in Morgantown, West Virginia prior to joining us here at PCCEK. She has been seeing patients here in our dental office since August 2015.

She has been a licensed Dental Hygiene for 21 yrs. She worked for Dr. Greg Baker, DMD for 10 years and joined our PCCEK Dental team 11 years ago.
