We offer both Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 vaccines by appointment! Pfizer is available for anyone age 5 and up!  Please call 606-435-7695 or 606-439-1300 with any vaccine questions or to schedule an appointment.

We now offer same day COVID-19 testing results! Stop in Hazard PCCEK or Hyden PCCEK Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 am - 4:30 pm and get your results THE SAME DAY! These tests require a provider visit and will be at no cost to the patient.  Patients with or without symptoms can have the testing for same day results.
