Dr. Lewis is a native of Knott County, Kentucky, where she currently resides. She earned her bachelor's degree from Morehead State University before receiving her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from Lincoln Memorial University College of Dental Medicine.

Prior to dental school, Dr. Lewis worked as a dental assistant at PCCEK, making her return to the practice especially meaningful. She is passionate about providing care to the community she calls home and is excited to serve patients alongside the team she once worked with.

Outside the office, Madison enjoys spending time with her family, especially her baby girl and husband, as well as traveling and antique thrifting.
