Leandra Smith is a Leslie County native. She obtained her Associates Degree in Nursing at Hazard Community and Technical College in 2010. She then went on and obtained her Bachelors in Nursing at University of the Cumberlands. After obtaining her Bachelors she obtained her Master's Degree in Nursing with a focus in family health at University of the Cumberlands. Leandra is a Christian and loves to go to Church. She enjoys spending time with her 3 children and husband. She also enjoys going to the lake and spending time outdoors. Her goal as a Family Nurse Practitioner is to provide each and every patient with the same high quality care.
