Leslie was born and raised in Hazard, KY. She is a graduate of M.C.
Napier High School. She completed her ADN degree at Hazard Community
College and completed her MSN from Frontier Nursing University. She has
15 years, experience in nursing and specializes in Family Medicine.

In her spare time she enjoys reading, spending time with her family and
traveling. She is a wife, a mother of two wonderful daughters and a
grandma to four handsome young men, Landen and Carter, Phoenix and Oliver. She feels her family is her greatest accomplishment in life and her goal in providing
care to the community is that you are treated like family.
